    Should you and we decide that the firm can represent you and/or render legal services to you or on your behalf you agree to pay for our services as rendered at our current billing rates (available on request) or any specific flat fee rate that has been quoted to you.   Your fees are due and payable upon demand.  If you are seeking representation in a matrimonial matter it will be necessary to execute a matrimonial retainer agreement as required under the court rules before our firm provides you with services.   You agree that if there is a billing dispute that you will contact us within thirty days of receipt of any invoice to dispute such bill.

    Should we request a retainer (advance) payment you agree that should you not pay such requested amount into our attorney trust or IOLA account that we may cease work on your file and seek to be discharged by the appropriate judicial authority if we are your attorney of record in any proceeding, action or administrative decision making process and such discharge requires your consent or a judicial order.
